Ros has an MSc and PhD in Nutrition and has 10 years experience working in the field. She is one of the most qualified and experienced Nutritionists in the area.

I offer tips and advice which are backed by good scientific evidence – no fad diets, powders or wacky ingredients here! So, whether you are looking to improve your gut health, body weight or general wellbeing, I’ve got you covered. I will have a look at your current diet and offer tips, diet plans and recipes to help you get on track and improve your health outlook.
I’m also passionate about children’s nutrition, including before, during and after pregnancy, weaning your baby, feeding in the early years and beyond. Being a mum of two young children, I know how hard it can be to make sure you are providing yourself and your children with a healthy, balanced diet. If you have concerns about your child’s weight, eating habits, restricted or fussy eating, I can help. Childhood is a crucial time period for nutrition – providing the right types of food for growth and health and allowing healthy food preferences to develop. For many parents, this time period is a constant source of worry ‘Am I giving my child enough or too much food?’, ‘Am I including all the important nutrients in their diet?’, ‘Am I giving them the best start for their future?’. I’m here to help, providing expert advice at this critical stage.

Uniquely, having worked in research, written scientific papers, conducted and commissioned nutrition research, Ros can critically evaluate the research in any nutrition area, translating the important findings to help you understand the facts. Nutrition is a complex science and it needs someone who understands the research behind the claims to really interpret their importance and relevance to you. Ros has also worked within the food industry and alongside the Government giving her an understanding of both food composition and public health. Ros has been quoted in numerous national newspapers and magazines and featured on BBC’s Countryfile programme.
