Being a mum of two young children, I’m very passionate about maternal, infant and child nutrition. Nutrition is so important for healthy growth and development but sometimes it’s hard to know what to do for the best and how to overcome any obstacles. There is so much conflicting information out there! I wanted to provide a service to help parents separate fact from fiction, offer tailored evidence-based nutrition advice and develop family-friendly menu plans. I offer private consultations on a range of topics including;
