We like to encourage a healthy, balanced diet throughout your lifestyle but there is no better time than when you are pregnant. Your baby will need to receive the correct nutrients from the food you eat on a daily basis. Therefore, it is important that you are eating nutrient-rich foods in the correct proportions. This course is perfect for those that want to receive professional knowledge on what foods contain high nutritional values and what is best to eat during your pregnancy. We understand that everyone may be slightly different on the foods that they wish to incorporate within their daily food intake.
Along with the course I also provide support for all my clients, whether they want to find out more information or even just ask simple questions.
