But what does a healthy, balanced diet look like for this age group? What portion sizes should you be giving? How do you best encourage healthy eating? How can you help prevent fussy eating? Courses are approx. 1.5 hours in length and will answer the following questions;
What does a healthy balanced diet look like for this age group?
What are the appropriate portion sizes for older babies and toddlers?
How much milk should my baby or toddler be drinking?
What are the best drinking cups?
How do I prevent or reduce fussy eating?
There will also be an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
A private nutrition consultation can cover the areas above and any other topics you would like to discuss. These sessions are more bespoke and tailored specifically to your child’s age and dietary preferences and requirements.
Location and cost
Our friendly Registered Nutritionist and mum of two, Dr Ros Miller, runs Feeding Babies, Toddlers and Young Children courses in Haslemere, Liphook, Midhurst, Petersfield, Godalming, Farnham, Guildford and surrounding areas within Surrey, West Sussex and Hampshire. The cost per person for a place at a workshop is £25.
