Fussy Eating in Children

Expert nutrition advice to tackle fussy eating in babies, toddlers and children

If you have a fussy / picky eater, you may find yourself worrying if they are getting a healthy, balanced diet, find mealtimes quite stressful and start wondering if they will ever grow out of it. There are tried and tested techniques you can use to try and reduce fussy eating in children. Learn more by coming along to a 1.5 hour group workshop specifically tailored for parents and carers of children aged 1-4 years old or arrange a bespoke private consultation.

The group workshop is 1.5 hours in length and covers the following;

  • Reasons why fussy eating occurs

  • A healthy balanced diet for children

  • My 5 Golden rules for reducing fussy eating

  • Techniques for you to try at home

  • Any questions you may have

A private consultation can cover the topics above with the additional benefit that it will be tailored to your child’s age, current nutritional intake and food preferences. An action plan will be developed to help reduce fussy eating and ensure your child is receiving adequate nutrition for normal growth and development.
