Nutrition for you and baby

Your diet during pregnancy can have an effect on how your baby grows and develops. Therefore, it is a great time to assess what you are eating and to make any necessary changes. Book in for a 1.5 hour workshop and let me help you feel your best during this special time whilst giving baby all the nutrients he/she needs. All nutrition courses and 1-2-1 sessions are now taking place live online – get all the information you need from the comfort of your own home.

Suitable for pregnant women and women planning a pregnancy.



Courses and private consultations last approx. 1.5 hours and can cover topics of your choosing, including;

  • What constitutes a healthy, balanced diet?
  • What are the key nutrients for pregnancy?
  • What foods should be avoided during pregnancy?
  • How do I overcome common pregnancy complaints such as nausea and tiredness?
  • How should I manage my weight during pregnancy?

Plus, there will be plenty of opportunities to ask any additional questions you may have.

Our friendly Registered Nutritionist and mum of two, Dr Ros Miller, does pregnancy nutrition courses and 1-2-1 consultations in Haslemere, Liphook, Midhurst, Petersfield, Godalming, Farnham, Guildford and surrounding areas in Surrey, West Sussex and Hampshire, and now of course online from wherever you live!
